Delivery:
Goods will be
dispatched to
the address indicated in the purchase order
which can be only in the agreed geographical area (see below)
All the orders
are
sent in
"Colissimo Recommandé" (by airmail), according to the weight
of your order.
We
chose this mode of delivery because it's secured for the purchaser
and the salesman (allowances granted according to insurance
chosen).
Once dispatched,
the
order
generally arrives under 2
to 3 days for France, under 8 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the
foreigner,
according to the times of routing of the Post office.
All our products
are
in stock,
except contrary mention, in this case, contact us for the
availabilities.
Shipping cost indicated during the
ordering
aren't negotiable (except promotional offers)
and are calculated according to the weight of the order.
They
include shipping cost, the cost
of packaging (envelopes, paperboards…) as well as the
treatment
and overheads.
All our
articles are
sent in neat and protected packaging.
The
risks
are the
responsibility of the purchaser as from the moment when the products
left the buildings of BestGothShop.
In the event of damage during transport (damaged parcel,
deteriorated
at the time of the reception),
the justified protest must be formulated near the carrier
within three
day as from the delivery.

Returns:
On reception of the parcel, if you are not
satisfied, please,
inform us the 24h while clicking here. We
will
send you a return form to be printed.
After reception of the return form,the item(s) must be
send
back to us
in the 48h (postmark being taken),
by airmail, in
their
packaging and tags will not have to be torn off.
The item,
them, will be
new, to be not worn, not washed, in the condition where we sent it to
you.
Shipping cost will be to your charge, and the number of
return must be
clearly indicated on the parcel.
Credit note (purchase price except port) will be make
under
3 days
after reception of the return parcel.
If
one of these conditions is not respected, the return could not be taken
into account. We make all our possible to entirely satisfy you.
If
however you are not fully satisfied, want initially to contact
us to inform and give us the reason of your dissatisfaction.
We will be able to consider an exchange of the article.
In accordance
with
the
legislation in force, you have a time of 7 days of retractation as from
the delivery of the order
to make us return of the product for exchange or
refunding
without
penalty, except for the expenses of return.
This is valid only for the items returned in their
original
packaging,
in new condition and not worn or used
(except for the items won't being exchange or refund for
hygiene ).
The
expenses of return are the responsibility of the customer as well as
the risks related to the return of the article (loss or deterioration).
